Buying a home with me always starts with educating my clients about the process and what it takes to achieve their goals. Then together we collaborate on the best strategy to succeed, hitting the open market with purpose, maximizing time and opportunity.

I am an expert on real estate contracts and leverage all terms to get my clients offers accepted.  This process includes negotiations, which I always approach with a level head and my clients best interests in mind. 

Once my clients have an offer accepted,  I manage the entire escrow from communicating with all parties involved, home inspections, request for repair negotiations, and final close of escrow. This can be an overwhelming process, but I bear the burden so my clients don't have to.
